Warehouse Clerk

D-J Engineering (www.djgrp.com) is an aerospace manufacturing company that takes pride in producing the industry’s most unique and hard to build structural parts and assemblies. The Warehouse Clerk must be able to keep accurate and detailed records along with work in a fast paced environment to support the day to day activities that occur throughout DJ Engineering. This position will possess the ability to coordinate with Purchasing, Tooling Warehouse, Planning, and Production while being responsible for stock and inventory transactions of hardware and raw material

Responsibilities:

  • Receive purchased items and input into DJE’s ERP system.
  • Stock all items in an organized fashion into their designated areas.
  • Issuing raw material and hardware to routers
  • Implement continuous improvement opportunities and 5S strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Improve existing and develop new procedures to aid in warehouse operations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
  • Candidates must have at least one (1) year of relevant experience in aerospace, warehouse, or general manufacturing.
  • Candidates must have experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
  • Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.
  • Candidate must be able to pick up and move 40 lbs by hand.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the 5 previous years.

Other Qualifications:

Preference shown to candidates who have experience and/or working knowledge of:

  • Aerospace
  • Previous warehouse or stock room experience.
  • Previous experience using Syteline 9.

Candidate must be a US Citizen.

Schedule: 7am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday
